graphic designer Married Tennis team & being kidnapped to go to IHOP before class! Home building/reno, travel, our dog & cat, cooking, fashion sewing no After graduating from Duke, I worked as a television reporter, then in PR for a real estate developer. I met my husband, a grad student from Italy, while playing Ultimate with the athletes of Duke's computer science dept. After marrying, I took the opportunity to go to art school and become a graphic designer. We've loved living in Berlin, Turin, Palo Alto and Paris during my husband's sabbaticals. After 20+ years of living in the Southeast, we moved to SoCal in 2004 (well, actually, the dreaded "Inland Empire"). Wow, what a culture shock! I don't know that we can adapt to the density after being away so long... 2008-10-13 16:41:48
